Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel for personal use, and any personal fitness gear you prefer, such as a yoga mat or resistance bands.

Yes, we offer a free trial session so you can experience the benefits of our group training and decide if it’s the right fit for you.

Yes, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to accommodate other members who may want to join the session.
