Get answers to common questions about our aquatherapy services, training plans, and what to expect when you join us.

Our aquatherapy sessions are not held at our main DTFC facilities. We partner with a specialized third-party facility that is fully equipped for aquatic therapies to ensure the best environment and care for our clients.

Please bring a swimsuit, a towel, water shoes for comfort and safety, and a water bottle. If you have sensitive skin, a gentle, waterproof sunscreen is also recommended.

The frequency of sessions varies based on your health goals and therapist recommendations. Typically, clients see optimal results with 1-2 sessions per week.

Our aquatherapy sessions are particularly beneficial when a client has suffered an injury and requires low-resistance endurance and strengthening exercises. To ensure aquatherapy is safe and appropriate for you, we conduct a thorough assessment during your initial consultation.
